Ingredients :

14 grams hibiscus tea
litre water (filtered)
10 large ripe strawberries
1 sprig of mint

Preperation: Weigh the hibiscus tea. Place it loose into water poured at a 95-degree angle together with half of the cleaned and halved strawberries. Let these steep for two minutes. Thereafter pour the tea through a rounded sieve into another pitcher. Place in the refrigerator until it is completely cold (about 6 degrees). Serve in a glass with plenty of ice cubes and the rest of the capped and halved strawberries. Add a sprig of mint while serving.


Choose from a variety of fruit. For instance, blue berries, raspberries, etc.
