Hey, it is winter! Time for Jäger tea

3 grams Ceylon tea

160 m. water (filtered)

2 cinnamon sticks

2 whole cloves

A few fennel seeds

Star anise

15 ml dark rum

20 ml Jägermeister at room temperature

Preparation: Weigh the tea. Put it into a teapot with sufficient room for the leaves to unfurl and flavour the tea. Add cloves, cinnamon, fennel seeds and star anise directly. Pour water (160 ml) on the tea at a 95 degree angle. Set the timer for 3 minutes and thereafter strain the tea into a pitcher. Put the rum into a large, tempered cocktail or wine glass. Add the warm tea. Pour the Jägermeister in at the end. Top flavor while still warm!
